47. Notes - no second guessing in the spiritual heart

4 February 2019

Early afternoon. You are in the east parking lot of the medical building on Montgomery Road just south of the Kenwood Town Center. Carol is within waiting to have her yearly eye exam. - Amorella

1257 hours. We had a good drive down. Carol stopped at our old Kroger's on Mason-Montgomery Road to compare prices with the one in Lewis Center; they are very similar at least in terms of milk and cat food. She was hoping for a bargain on the dry cat food. Hidden Creek Circle looks the same as usual as does our old house. We were quietly solemn on the old street journey, don't know why. We don't really want to move back. Maybe we were lost in a private memory or two.

Matters of the heart, boy, plus lots of memories to choose from. Your first was not the house on Hidden Creek but your first house on Majken Place when baby Kim came home from the hospital the first time. - Amorella

1307 hours. It was. That was my best memory of Mason. Wow. I never thought about Mason in terms of best memory. Consciously, I can think of none better. I wonder if that is how it is being newly Dead with a spiritual memory intact?

I this case you can say it was because it was a matter of the heart. - Amorella

1314 hours. It is strange in this instant to call a birth a matter of the spiritual heart because the spirit is not composed of matter. I need to look it up.

matter - noun physical substance in general, as distinct from mind and spirit; (in physics) that which occupies space and possesses rest mass, especially as distinct from energy: the structure and properties of matter• a substance or material: organic matter | vegetable matter | fecal matter• written or printed material: reading matteran affair or situation under consideration; a topic: a great deal of work was done on this matter | financial matters• Law something which is to be tried or proved in court; a case. • (matters) the present situation or state of affairs: we can do nothing to change matters• (a matter for/of) something that evokes a specified feeling: it's a matter of complete indifference to me• (a matter for) something that is the concern of a specified person or agency: the evidence is a matter for the courts[with negative or in questions] (the matter) the reason for distress or a problem: what's the matter? | pretend that nothing's the matterthe substance or content of a text as distinct from its manner or form. • Printing the body of a printed work, as distinct from titles, headings, etc.• Logic the particular content of a proposition, as distinct from its form.

1320 hours. Matter, "something that evokes a specified feeling". If this is the case then the heart has both a selected and an unselected range of feelings based on any subject. My unconscious choice was number one memory from Mason, Ohio: 'Bringing baby Kim into our house at 800 Majken Place for the very first time'. I did not consciously look through a list of memories. The choice appeared automatically from the heart itself.

You were relieved of second guessing. - Amorella

1332 hours. Amazing, and wonderfully humanitarian of my heart.

The 'humanitarian' is built in, boy, don't you think? - Amorella

1333 hours. I have never thought of the human spirit in this specific way before. What a gift of having a humanitarian spirit working with/for you whether you want it to do so or not. If you second guessed your best memory it could be as hell itself.

That is indeed how you see it. - Amorella

1337 hours. There is no damned if you do or damned if you don't.

Not in this blog, boy. - Amorella

1339 hours. I would wish this were so for every human heart.

Make it so. It is your book. There is nothing arrogant in wishing everyone well. - Amorella

1340 hours. I need to stop here and wonder on this dialogue. You certainly appear Angel-like to me, Amorella.

        Post. - Amorella
